As CEO, Kevin is responsible for the overall business strategy, driving Musicplode Media’s commercial partnerships, and liaising with music rights holders. Kevin has held senior roles at a number of ITV contractors, developing agency and client relationships. He has held commercial roles at key radio media sales houses, and was the first ever in-house sales representative for the London based radio station Jazz FM. Over 3 years oversaw a 30-fold increase in media revenue and was part of the team that regained the London franchise. Later, he won two other radio licenses before floating the company as Golden Rose Communications. He founded media company, Creative Media, specialising in media promotions, and worked across a wide range of clients including WH Smith, Carlsberg, B&Q, Lufthansa, Nestle, BBC Worldwide. The company created a unique opportunity for British Gas, incorporating ITV’s logo in a multi-million-pound campaign. More recently he founded Musicplode Media - responsible for liaising with music labels and potential brand and content partners.



Paul directs operational affairs and is responsible for revenue optimisation and financial management. He has a broad base of experience in all aspects of a business life cycle, including business acquisition, where he maximised potential by increasing turnover by 170% leading up to a successful trade sale. He was the founder of Quotemyjob, a concept offering business leads and competitive cloud-based services to small businesses. As head of CRM Consultancy, he developed and implemented external consultancy strategy which grew to over 100 external consultants. He has been 8 years at Musicplode - responsible for the day to day running of the business from an operational standpoint including revenue optimization, financial management and planning and assisting in overall business strategy



As MD, Dave is responsible for the day-to-day execution of the strategy and business plan and has overall technical leadership. He brings over 35 years’ experience in delivering and leading the digital transformation of businesses in the media, telecoms and technology industries together with significant business operations experience in blue chips, such as MD Europe for BAE Systems Applied Intelligence, and as an executive in BT. He has spent over 25 years in Consulting to both multinationals and startups, including as Managing Partner for Global Broadcast Media at Accenture and more recently at Elixir. Dave helped to create Musicplode Media in April 2016.



Creating a vision for the look, feel and style of MML and our products, helping shape relationships with brands, players and the music business. Neil has 30 years experience in the entertainment business as a multi-award winning broadcaster, presenter and producer with an unbeatable knowledge of music, artists and audiences. Plus, very importantly, a total understanding of how it all works. Neil contributes a huge breadth of experience interacting daily with millions of listeners and viewers, as well as working with many of the world’s greatest stars and brands on huge commercial projects ( Pepsi, Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, Ford, Pizza Hut, O2 to name a few) gives him a unique perspective and approach when creating the vision and feel for Musicplode Media, and how we best bring together huge audiences with global brands.



Charles has over 30-years’ experience in media and advertising. He was Global CEO of MEC for 14 years, one of WPP’s biggest companies: responsible for 5000 people across 80 markets worldwide, he quadrupled the size of MEC during that time, making it a top 5 media agency and a $1 billion revenue business. He has worked with clients as diverse as: Netflix, Colgate, Mercedes, Vodafone, AT&T, Nestle, Activision Blizzard, and Chanel. Prior to WPP, Charles was 10 years at Young & Rubicam, ultimately as their EMEA Media Director, He was a founding member of GroupM, the world’s biggest media agency organization.



Peter is an international media and entertainment executive with experience commercializing content in global, regional and local roles. Most recently as SVP Benelux Country Manager for The Walt Disney Company, Peter led the company's overall strategy in Belgium and the Netherlands with responsibilities including: content distribution, consumer marketing, product licensing and television channels. Peter previously founded and led Disney Media+ EMEA, the integrated cross-company marketing promotions arm of Disney, building a 160-strong team in the region, delivering significant incremental revenues and promotional support to all lines of business. With a strong track record in advertising sales, Peter has led business launches in the UK, NL, USA, France, Spain, Australia, Russia and India, working with terrestrial and DTH channels and multiple digital platforms. A keen sportsman, Peter is also a non-executive director for UK Deaf Sport, encouraging Deaf people to participate, to enjoy and to excel at sport.



Paul (Barty) has a demonstrable track record in growing agency businesses and a wealth of commercial and client management experience gained from leading UK and International agencies. At BLM and later Arena Media (Havas) as Chief Operating Officer, Barty was responsible for an agency of 150 staff from 2000-2012. Since leaving Havas in 2012, Barty has leveraged his extensive experience in Board level roles at M.I. Media, AdQuota and Prism Media Production. He is an investor in a number of small businesses and sits on a number of advisory boards. Barty started out in sales at ITV, switching to a buyer role at The Media Business in 1983 and moving on to MediaCom in 1998 and was a Board Director at these two hugely successful agencies.
